Jen Jackson
CREATIVE DIRECTOR / DESIGNER
Jen Kimura Jackson’s design career spans a wide range of creative disciplines, all rooted in a love for storytelling through space. While earning her degree at FIDM, she got her start as a merchandiser and prop stylist before moving into interior design at a San Francisco-based firm.
After relocating to the South Bay, Jen stepped into a lead role at a local staging company—an experience that shaped her approach to creating interiors that are both visually compelling and market-ready. It also set the foundation for what would eventually become The KIN Home.
Drawing on her Scandinavian and Japanese heritage, Jen’s aesthetic blends clean lines, simplicity, and intention. With a background that spans styling, staging, and interiors, she brings a layered, thoughtful perspective to every project—creating spaces that not only show beautifully, but feel deeply livable.

Stacey Trampenau
DIRECTOR OF OPERATIONS
Stacey Trampenau brings over 13 years of leadership, operations, and project management experience to her role as co-founder of The KIN Home. With a background that spans education, business ownership, and training development, she plays a vital role in the strategic and day-to-day operations of the studio.
Before launching The KIN Home, Stacey worked as a teacher in the Cupertino School District and later served as Director of Training and Development at Classtech, where she oversaw team growth and internal systems. Her ability to manage complex logistics, streamline processes, and lead with precision ensures that every project runs smoothly—from initial walkthroughs to final installation.
